MediaCityUK isn’t all about work, but if you’re looking for somewhere your company can call home then you’ve come to the right place.

We’re currently letting office space in two buildings at MediaCityUK – both will be available for occupation during 2011. Suites range from 1,000 sq ft (93 sq m) to 29,000 sq ft (2,694 sq m) (for those who don’t do property-speak, that means offices that can accommodate upwards of roughly ten people). Prices will depend on individual requirements so drop us a line and we’ll be happy to talk you through the options.

The Pie Factory – next door to the main MediaCityUK construction site – already houses more than a dozen small and medium sized companies. Space is limited so demand tends to be high, but for details of current openings contact suzie@thepiefactory.co.uk

When MediaCityUK opens its door in 2011 we’re also planning to offer managed workspace areas, which will provide flexible office space for small and medium-sized companies, including freelancers and sole traders.
