Our city will be home to a mix of different people so we want to create a really varied retail offer which provides everything from takeaway coffee to the full fine-dining experience.  

A range of unit sizes are available at a variety of locations around the site, including the coveted, south-facing waterfront. Roads within the development will be unadopted and a number of units will benefit from outside space, creating a bustling café atmosphere. There is also limited availability for standalone units in our architecturally-designed park area.
