BBC are moving breakfast show to MediaCityUK

More than three hours of live output each weekday to come from Salford
After days of rumours and speculation a decision has now been made to move BBC Breakfast to MediaCityUK, the BBC’s new base here on Salford Quays, Manchester's waterfront.
The move is part of the BBC's measures aimed at building a new relationship with audiences across the UK from their base here which opens next year. Teams from BBC Sport, Children’s, Learning, 5 Live, FM&T and all staff in BBC Manchester are already due to relocate.
