Trained breathwork facilitator Rebecca Ryder is an all-round neurodivergent creative, from making a living as a writer most of her life, to also being an actress, podcaster and brand builder. She’s going to talk about how connecting with your innate creativity can help you find your voice, create a life that is true to you and find joy in everyday moments. Rebecca personally experienced how creativity could help navigate life’s difficulties, after some challenging life events in 2023. Through a group workshop, she’ll help you explore how personal growth is pretty much inevitable when we tap into our inner magic and unlock our unique purpose.
And Cait will be there to guide you through the Journaling Workshop where you will unlock the power of self-reflection and creativity in our journalling session. Through a guided exercise discover how journalling can foster mindfulness and growth
