Join us for a rejuvenating yoga experience hosted by Wellness Hub at ARRIVE. This yin-yang session is designed to harmonise your body, mind, and soul.
🌞 Yang Yoga (30 minutes):
Energise your day with a dynamic yoga practice, targeting tired muscles from desk-bound routines. The instructors will guide you through a revitalising session, accompanied by the soothing scents of organic essential oils like lemongrass and lemon.
🌙 Yin Yoga (30 minutes):
Transition into serenity with a slow-paced yin yoga class, focusing on breath work and corrective tissues. Unwind and prepare for the day ahead as the instructors guide you through this relaxing session, enhanced by the calming fragrances of jasmine and lavender essential oils.
