Join us for a week of mindfulness and movement as MediaCity’s Hot House partners with ARRIVE workspaces to raise awareness for Mental Health Awareness Week, commencing on Monday 13th May in support of Mental Health Foundation.

  • Sunrise Yoga and Mindfulness Breakfast | 8 – 8:35am | Hot House | Max 30 spaces

Embark on a blissful yoga journey, then treat yourself to a delightful spread of teas, coffees, and pastries in the cosy confines of Hot House’s ground floor. Engage in mindfulness activities and set your intentions amidst the vibrant energy, with only 30 spaces available, it’s an intimate gathering you won’t want to miss!

Whether you’re a seasoned marathoner or just starting your running journey, all levels are welcome! Join us for a scenic loop over the bridges, where you can challenge yourself or take it at your own pace within the 30-minute timeframe.
