Bents Garden & Home has teamed up with the experts from Weber to bring a taste of summer to MediaCityUK with a barbecue roadshow, demonstrating that cooking al fresco is no longer limited to bangers and burgers.
Bents and the Weber Grill Squad will be in residence at the Plaza between 11am – 3pm on Friday 8th June, sharing their barbecue skills and secrets and giving out tasty treats throughout the day.
Cooking on both gas and charcoal, the Grill Squad will be using a variety of accessories including pizza stones, sear grates and poultry roasters to cook up a range a delicious tasters from pizzas and rib chops to tarragon roast chicken and wok fried garlic and chilli king prawns.
Both Bents and Weber want to inspire others to open up their barbecue repertoire and discover skills for stir frying, searing, roasting and grilling. Visitors to the roadshow, which is completely free of charge, will be able to ask advice on how to achieve perfectly barbecued food, the benefits of indirect grilling, how to control the temperature and how to make the most of their grilling experience…all whilst enjoying delicious tasters cooked up by the experts.
