Carolyn Spring is author of ‘Recovery is my best revenge’ and ’Unshame: healing trauma-based shame through psychotherapy’. Her live training events pre-pandemic were attended by over 17,000 delegates and she currently has in excess of 40,000 delegates on her online training. She provides hope for healing from even the most extreme trauma, based on both her own experience as a trauma survivor, over 15 years as a therapeutic foster carer working with and caring for traumatised children, and extensive research and experience as an expert in the field.
