Join us at Dock 9, Salford Quays, for an invigorating experience with U-Swim’s ‘INTRO TO COLD WATER (THERAPY).’ Immerse yourself in the beauty of open water swimming and discover the secrets of cold water therapy.

For the past decade, Uswim has been guiding individuals through the transformative journey of cold water swimming. This event is designed to enhance your knowledge and confidence, covering essential aspects such as safety, proper kit usage, pre/post-swim preparation, breathing techniques, and proven health benefits.

👧👦 Youth Participation:
Young participants are welcome, but their ability to swim in cold water must be carefully assessed and vouched for by guardians before booking.

The MCUK SWIM CHALLENGE is made for people in love with endurance! If you want to experience the brilliant sport of open water marathon swimming then the great venue, friendly atmosphere and keen competition is guaranteed to provide an ace experience. Its an opportunity to push yourself to your limits – mentally and physically – within the safe confines of Dock 9 supported by an expert water safety team. Whats not to love!
